Ingredients

Chana dal powder : 2 cups

Raw rice powder : 1 cup

Split roasted gram powder : 1 tbsp

Butter or vanaspathi : 2 tbsp

Oil : as needed

Salt : ½ tsp

Peppercorns : 2 tbsp

Method - 

Grind Pepper coarsely. Mix the powders in a bowl. Add salt, Pepper, butter mix well. Add water, mix well and make a dough. Heat oil in a frying pan.

Rub the dough in a sev mould holding it above the frying pan. When the sound of boiling oil subsides and sev is cooked, remove from the pan.
