Ingredients

Sugarless Khoa : 1 cup
Maida : 1/4 cup
Cooking soda : a pinch
Ghee : 1 tbsp
Oil : as needed for frying
 

For stuffing

Cashewnuts : 10
Almonds : 10
Cardamom powder : 1 tsp
Cucumber seeds : 1 tbsp
 

Method

Mix Khoa, ghee, maida, cooking soda with water to form a dough.
Cut cashewnuts, almonds into fine pieces.
Mix cucumber seeds, cardamom powder with nuts.
Mix sugar with water and prepare one string consistency sugar syrup.
Take a small ball of dough.

Make a cup shape.

Fill it with nut mixture close and fry in oil.
When the malai khaja is fried, remove and dip them in sugar syrup
When they are soaked well in the syrup, remove and set aside to be served.
