Mushroom Varat curry

Ingredients

Mushroom : 200 gm
Small Onion : 15
Garlic : 10
Dried red chill : 5
Cumin : ½ tsp
Salt : as needed
Oil : 3 tsp
Curry leaves : a little

 

Method

Cut mushroom into 2 pieces.
Peel onion, garlic and cut them into pieces.
Heat oil in a pan add dried red chilli, cumin, onion, garlic and fry.
Add mushroom, salt and fry.
When cooked, remove from stove and garnish with curry leaves.
