Semolina : 2
Sugar : 3
Pineapple : 1/4 fruit
Ghee : 3/4 cup

Raisins : 1 tbsp
Pineapple essence : 2 tsp
Yellow colour powder: 1/4 tsp
Method
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a frying pan and fry semolina on a low fire.
Peal the skin of pineapple and cut into small pieces.
Soak the pieces in sugar for an hour.
In a bowl take 6 cups of water, add yellow colour and boil the water.
In a frying pan, heat ghee and fry cashewnuts for a minute.
Add semolina and fry for 5 minutes.
Add boiling water and stir well.
When the semolina is cooked, add sugar, pineapple pieces and essence.
Stir well and when the contents blend well, remove from stove.

Lovely, nice recipe, Will try it out sometime. I typically make the normal kesari. But this one sounds delish!. My mom used to make these when i was young. Its been a while now.
