Fried ground green gram dal powder : 2 cups
Ground fried raw rice powder : ½ cup
Split roasted gram powder : ½ cup
Fried ground black gram dal : ¼ cup
Oil : as needed
Salt : ¾ tsp
Ghee : 1 tbsp
Asafetida : ¼ tsp
Green chilli : 4
Method -
Mix the powders in a bowl. Grind chilli and Asafetida. Mix it in ¼ cup water and drain. Add to the powders. In lukewarm water mix ghee, salt and add to the powders. Mix well and add water to make a dough. Heat oil in a frying pan. Holding the mould above the frying pan press the Pakodas in oil. When the sound of boiling oil subsides and pakoda is cooked, remove from the pan.
